The project (block B of Nanhaizi Country Park) is located in Beijing Economic and
Technological Development Zone. It is adjacent to the Fifth Ring Road in the north and
Nanhaizi park with a long history in the south. It has a good advantage in landscape park
resources, covering an area of 900 mu.
Nanhaizi is the largest wetland in Beijing. Historically, it was the royal hunting ground
of Liao, Jin, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Royal Garden of Ming and Qing
Dynasties. Therefore, the historical significance of Nanhaizi country park is respected in
the park design. The spatial structure of the site planning is the same as that of Nanhaizi
country park, with natural landform as the first priority, roads and site facilities are arranged
according to the ups and downs of natural terrain. The site is the continuation of Nanhaizi
Park.
The six major functions of the venue are as follows: Sports Association and enterprise
headquarters industrial area, sports culture and international communication core area,
sports business culture village, sports education innovation demonstration area, sports
technology and future experience area, sports rehabilitation and ecological service area;
There are three internal construction land, the main functions of which are sports
headquarters office, commercial center, hotel and diving center. The architectural design
continues the typical Beijing Chinese context - axis street, courtyard style group, courtyard
style space composition, integrated into the overall environmental texture of Beijing
urban area. Modern design language expresses the intention of traditional architecture
and landscape. Build courtyard landscape of different height and scale in the building to
improve the comfort and quality of the place.
