杭州湾李宁体育公园

项目特点：本项目为临时用地性质；政府建设、企业运营模式体育公园
设计内容：规划方案设计

项目位于杭州湾新区城市地块，面积约 9.7 公顷（长 5 约 20m，宽约
199m），根据管委会安排，拟对这块用地作为临时用地进行开发运营，
服务民生，功能为体育设施，结合景观做沿地块内侧的环形步道。

初步建设：南公园主要以体育设施为主，地块内部环形跑道、4 个 5 人制
足球场、2 个 8 人制足球场、2 个标准足球场、8 个标准篮球场、3 个网
球场，以及超大型户外娱乐活动广场。北公园以绿地景观为主，由大草坪、
中心湿地、树阵广场、花海景观等组成。

项目地块位于杭州湾新区城市板块，世纪金源综合体南侧，面积约9.7公顷（长约520m，宽约199m），地块近期4-5
年不作出让。根据管委会安排，拟对这块用地作为临时用地进行开发运营，服务民生，功能为体育设施，如结合景观
做沿地块内侧的环形步道。初步建设 地块内部环形慢跑道、4个5人制足球场, 2个8人制足球场，2个标准足球场8个标
准篮球场，3个网球场，儿童游憩场地及中老年锻炼场所，公共停车场。

The project’s site is the new district of Hangzhou Bay, which is about 9.7 Hectare (about 520 meters long
and about 199 meters wide) on the south side of the Century Golden Resources Complex. According to
the arrangement of the Administrative Committee, it is proposed to use as the development and operation
of the land as a temporary land to serve theresidents. As for the sports function, there are a circular trail
along the inside of the landscape block, four 5-a-side soccer field, two 8-a-side soccer field, two standard
soccer fields, eight standard basketball field, three tennis courts, a children's recreation area and a
gymnasium for adults, a public parking lot as the preliminary construction.
