一、职业俱乐部型

武汉光谷足球体育公园

项目地点：湖北省武汉市东湖高新区
项目规模：13.24 公顷
项目时间：2020.08-2021.( 设计、施工中）
项目特点：本项目为公园用地性质；职业俱乐部基地为主，青训、公共开
放式相结合的混合运营模式体育公园
设计内容：规划方案设计、扩初设计及施工图设计（专业包含总图工程、
土方工程、球场专业工程、临时建筑工程、永久建筑工程、景观及景观照
明工程等）

该项目位于湖北省武汉市东湖高新区，项目总规划用地面积为 13.24 公顷，
其中一号 ( 专业队范围 ) 用地面积 97141.32 ㎡ ，二号（青训范围）用地
面积 35220.39 ㎡。

项目兼顾足球专业训练、赛事与大众足球运动等多重功能，建成后与光谷
国际网球中心和奥体中心形成体育文化与品牌联动发展。未来，光谷足球
体育公园将以体教结合为核心，成为武汉光谷足球青训基地，并对社会开
放。

用地内共设 6 片 11 人制足球场、1 片守门员训练场、4 片 8 人制足球场、
4 片 5 人制足球场、1 片天然草网球场，及相关配套设施用房。

The project is located in the East Lake High-tech Zone, Wuhan
City, Hubei Province. The total planning area of the project is
13.24 hectares, including 97,141.32 square meters for the No. 1
(professional team area) and 35,220.39 square meters for the
No.2 (youth training area).

The project gives consideration to the multiple functions of
professional football training, competitions and public football,
etc. After completion, it will form a sports culture and brand
linkage development with Optics Valley International Tennis
Center and Olympic Sports Center. In the future, Optics Valley
Soccer Sports Park will become Wuhan Optics Valley Soccer
Youth Training Base based on the combination of sports and
education, and open to the society.

There are 6 11-a-side football pitches, 1 goalkeeper training
ground, 4 8-a-side football pitches, 4 5-a-side football pitches, 1
grass tennis court and related facilities on the site.
