11月20日,2023年第四届 Active House Award中国区建筑设计竞赛作品获奖名单正式公布。华汇集团-伍维设计工作室作品“广联达智慧建筑产品研发与产业化基地”从众多参赛作品中脱颖而出,荣获2023年AHA中国区建筑设计竞赛职业组(建成运营)三等奖。

项目基地北临西安北三环高架,巨大的车流量给项目带来的城市交通噪音是设计必须解决的问题。生态中庭作为办公空间和城市间的过渡空间有效的改善了办公空间的物理环境,同时面向城市界面的生态中度的垂直绿化犹如一个巨大的展示橱窗,向城市展示了广联达“绿色建筑 共创美好生活”实践案例。

The project base is north of Xi 'an North Third Ring Viaduct, so the urban traffic noise brought by the huge traffic flow to the project is a problem that must be solved in the design. As a transitional space between office space and city, ecological atrium effectively improves the physical environment of office space. At the same time, the ecological moderate vertical greening facing the urban interface is like a huge display window, showing the practice case of Guanglianda ' Green building create a better life ' to the city.

01建筑的主动性

ACTIVENESS


本项目采用EBI楼宇自控系统。通过对楼内冷热源、空调系统的最佳控制,温、湿度的自动调节,新风量的控制,空气质量PM2.5、CO₂、噪声,风速、风压差等的监测,对等自动调节并合理设计从而保证大厦中各个区域和功能满足环境的要求。为提高办公人员的社会交往能力,一层中庭设有生态公园,二层以上南面,东面、屋面分别设置有室外露台和活动场地。人员主要活动场所设置无障碍设施。整个办公区采用装配式灵活隔断,以适应未来不同的功能需求。

This project adopts EBI building automation system. Through the best control of the cold and heat sources and air conditioning system in the building, the automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity, the control of fresh air volume, the monitoring of air quality PM2.5, CO₂, noise, wind speed, wind pressure difference, etc., the equivalent automatic adjustment and reasonable design to ensure that the various areas and functions in the building meet the environmental requirements. In order to improve the social interaction ability of office staff, an ecological park is set up in the atrium of the first floor, south of the second floor, and outdoor terraces and activity venues are set up on the east and roof respectively. The main activity venues for personnel are equipped with barrier-free facilities. The entire office area adopts prefabricated flexible partitions to meet different functional requirements in the future.

02舒适性

COMFORT

主要办公区布置于南侧朝向创业园区内部,强调生活空间充足的自然光源,共同营造安静舒适的办公环境。公共交流空间则围绕可开启天窗的生态中庭布置,内部空间都能体验到自然光与环境的对话,利用太阳能光导技术改善地下室采光,并结合景观下沉庭院开设自然通风窗扇。建筑外立面设置综合外遮阳,宝内设有活动遮阳帘,并结合智能照明控制系统,实现办公楼室内优良的光环境。

The main office area is arranged on the south side towards the interior of the entrepreneurial park, emphasizing the sufficient natural light source of the living space, and jointly creating a quiet and comfortable office environment. The public communication space is arranged around the ecological atrium that can open the skylight. The internal space can experience the dialogue between natural light and the environment. The solar light guide technology is used to improve the lighting of the basement, and the natural ventilation fan is set up in combination with the landscape sunken courtyard. The external facade of the building is set up with comprehensive external shading, and the active shading curtain is set up inside the building. Combined with the intelligent lighting control system, the excellent light environment in the office building is realized.

03能源

ENERGY

本项目体型系数为0.12,通过屋顶绿化,外墙外保温系统、综合遮阳措施,高效节能的设备系统,使得供暖、通风与空调系统能耗降低幅度为16.8%。1800㎡通高46m的中庭空间,冬季窗充分利用太阳辐射。夏季则将成部天窗开启,诱导底部冷气流上升,使得中庭区域温度分布更加均匀,可以节省大量制冷能耗。建筑屋顶根据局部设置有光伏板;太阳能光热板则为健身区淋浴和食堂提供热水。

The shape coefficient of this project is 0.12. The energy consumption of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system is reduced by 16.8 % through roof greening, external thermal insulation system, comprehensive shading measures and efficient energy-saving equipment system. With 1800㎡of 46m high atrium space, the winter window makes full use of solar radiation. In summer, the sunroof is opened to induce the cold air flow at the bottom to rise, which makes the temperature distribution in the atrium more uniform and saves a lot of refrigeration energy consumption. The building roof is equipped with photovoltaic panels according to the local setting; solar panels provide hot water for showers and canteens in the fitness area.

04环境

ENVIRONMENT

整个项目室内部分和主体外幕墙围护结构采用装配式建造技术,本着资源可循环再利用的原则,所使用材料均符合现行国家有关绿色产品评价标准,场地东北角设置智慧雨水收集池,对屋面、地面汇流雨水进行收集,并通过一系列海绵措施:下沉绿地,透水铺装、镜面水景、海绵花园等措施,用于基地内绿化浇酒场地冲洗、冷却塔补水、冲厕用水。

The whole project indoor part and the main external curtain wall enclosure structure adopt the prefabricated construction technology. In line with the principle of resource recycling, the materials used are in line with the current national green product evaluation standards. The intelligent rainwater collection pool is set up in the northeast corner of the site to collect the rainwater on the roof and ground, and through a series of sponge measures: sinking green space, permeable pavement, mirror waterscape, sponge garden and other measures, it is used for the green watering site washing, cooling tower water replenishment and toilet flushing in the base.

The huge green atrium embedded in this project is open and shared to the whole society, and through the BIMONE design collaborative platform, digital integrated design, digital lean construction, intelligent on-site management, and ultimately maximize the comprehensive benefits of the whole life cycle and create high-performance green buildings.
